Playing and Swimming

Yesterday afternoon I got to go swimming with Lavender. It was just in a river that was fairly low, so it wasn't really swimming, it was more like wading.

There are two things that I love to do and I got to do both of them together yesterday. Swimming and fetch. There was a nice man that stood down in the river with us dogs (there were a lot of dogs playing with me, that was fun too) and threw the balls for us. Lavender would also beeline for the ball, but I would go for it in a round-a-bout fashion. That style ended up getting me the ball more often than Lavender. HAHA!

We left the park WAY too soon because mom had to teach other people how to be good parents too there dogs. I like when we get to go to these classes, because I get to show off. Sometimes I work a head of mom and don't wait for her to tell me what to do. I know that frustrates her, but I cant help it...I get excited. Plus I want to show her how smart I am.

Overall it was a very fun night. Except I had to share a crate with Lavender at school...could someone please tell mom that I don't like to share my crate with her? I need my own space, plus I don't like girl cooties. EEWW!

Off to rest...

woof. woof.
